Anybody who lives in the surrounding area of The Stone Pony and didn't go to this show; SHAME ON YOU. No band of musicians could possibly have more fun or play better than these guys. For as many times as I have seen them (30?) or as many times as they have played together, it's always as fresh as the first time. I spoke to people who had never seen The Dregs, and they were floored. The women were as in awe as the guys. It was intense to hear "Meeting of The Spirits" played Morshavishnu style. There is no need to go into the member's musical skills. The notes speak for themselves. After the show, Steve hung and chatted (as he usually does) as did Rod and Jerry. These guys are tighter than ever, if that is possible. Five musicians, enjoying each other and the music they create.....
