| Mar 27.09: Deep Purple to Headline Festival |
| Deep Purple are being lined up to headline the famous "Féte de l'Humanité" festival. This very popular three day event, organised by the French newspaper, L'Humanité, takes place every year on the second week-end of September in La Courneuve, near Paris. |

| Kansas will be returning to their home town of Topeka for the filming of a unique concert DVD. Accompanied by a live symphony orchestra, Kansas will perform songs from throughout their career.
