Bob Daisley writes on his website:
The project is completed and will be mixed within the month. There are five new original songs written by Steve, Jimmy, Lee and Bob together and they fit right in with the old classics. The total recording took just 15 days, which in this day and age seems like a miracle. Rumor even has it that maybe some old Ozzy Osbourne band songs have been re-recorded at the same time.
The line-up for the project is Jimmy Barnes - vocals, Steve Morse - guitars, Lee Kerslake - drums and Bob Daisley - bass.

The initial internet/online store release of Steve Morse - Sects, Dregs & Rock'n'roll was a
four hour bonanza with a whole range of bonus material, but due to limited space/time
constraints on the DVD it was decided to add only a 5.1 mix to the initial release of the Dixie
Dregs concert.
Now, this new retail release has been reduced in vision content, but added with a 5.1 DTS s/s mix, as well as 5.1 dolby digital and 2/0 PCM stereo files to assist those people who lack the full integrated DVD setups.
The package features the Dixie Dregs concert performance, Steve Morse live in concert (electric-acoustic set) and the Guitar show interview.
Both Pal & NTSC versions are now in stock and ready to order from here.
